Return Policy

Returns:

Our team hopes you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we certainly offer a return policy to ensure a refund and gather feedback for future orders.

NOTE: We do not pay for the delivery of the refund item.

Return Conditions:

• Return Period:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to submit a return request.

• Condition of the Product:

The returned item must be in the same condition as received. It should not be worn (except for trying it on), washed, damaged, or altered, and all original tags must still be attached to the garment.

• Original Packaging:

Returns must be sent back in the original packaging. If the outer packaging is damaged for any reason, the consumer should pack the product in an alternative, sturdy manner. The consumer is then responsible for any damage to the product during delivery and should address this with the courier service.

Return Process:

• Requesting a Return:

Contact us via email (aestheticsgymwear.co@gmail.com) or via our customer service to submit a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

• Assessment:

Upon approval of the return request, you will receive instructions via email on how to return the item. If the return request is rejected, you will receive an email stating the reason. This decision is not discussable.

• Refund:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will assess it. If it meets our return criteria, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, the purchase amount will not be refunded. An email will be sent explaining the reason, and this decision is final.

Return Shipping Costs:

The costs for returning an item are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or does not match the original order. Delivery issues do not fall under this, and should be addressed with the courier service.

Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or do not meet the consumer's specifications.
